THE FRIENDS OF THE PERRY SCHOOL
The Friends of the Perry School is a BPS approved 501(c)(3) charitable organization created to raise funds to financially support the Perry School. We aim to keep our fundraisers focused on our mission, which is to provide the best education for every child, every day, and to academically and socially advance our students through innovative experiences designed to positively promote the learning of the whole child.
SOME OF THE INITIATIVES YOUR SUPPORT HELPS THE FOLLOWING:
• Funds for teachers to purchase much needed materials and supplies for their classrooms; materials that aren’t covered under the Boston Public Schools existing budget
• School-wide music program
• Enriching field trips for our students
• Literacy support
• Technology in the classroom
• Annual Field Day
The Friends of the Perry School meet once a month from 4:30-5:30. Everyone is welcome to join the Friends of the Perry School. If you wish to learn more about the Friends of the Perry and/or are interested in helping in our fundraising efforts, please contact the Friends of the Perry at firstname.lastname@example.org

**The Perry School After school program is available during the Friends of Perry Meeting, for Perry students only, on a complimentary basis. To reserve space(s) for your children, please contact the program by 5pm on the Thursday before the meeting, at email@example.com.
***Younger siblings may attend the babysitting set up in the gym. We ask that you bring $5 cash, per child, and give it to Julia Hebert at the meeting. Babysitters will be very capable middle school student(s) who are well known to Friends of the Perry. If you are interested in sending your child, please email Julia at firstname.lastname@example.org by 5pm on the Thursday before the meeting, to reserve your space.
